Redmi will release Redmi Note 8 and Note 8 Pro. Both of these phones have already been released in India, how is the specifics?
GSM Arena, Wednesday, October 16, 2019, mentioned that both smartphones come with a quad cam setup, a large battery and some special features with very competitive prices. Here are the details:
1. REDMI Note 8 Pro
Redmi 8 Pro brings 64 MP ISOCELL Bright GW1 camera, Helio G90T chipset, 4,500 mAh battery and special microSD slots exclusive to Indian variants.
Its screen is FHD+ 6.53 inches, supported by HDR and notch for a 20 MP selfie camera. The back is equipped with a horizontal quad-camera setting and a fingerprint reader.
The main lens of the 64 MP rear camera, there is also an ultra-wide 8MP lens, a 2 MP depth sensor and a special 2 MP macro lens with a 2cm focal distance capability. The 4,500 mAh battery can be recharged with an 18W charger and will be available in its packaging.
Redmi Note 8 Pro runs the Android 9 Pie or operating system with MIUI 10 plus Alexa voice assistant already in it. Price for Redmi Note 8 Pro starts from 14,999 Indian rupees for 6/64 GB and 17,999 Indian rupees for version 8/ 128 GB.
2. REDMI Note 8
The Redmi Note 8 also has four cameras with a 48 MP main shooter, an ultra-wide 8 MP, 2 MP Macro lens and a 2 MP depth. Other main features include a 6.3-inch FHD + display, a 4,000 mAh battery with a 18W quick charger inside a dedicated package and a microSD slot.
Like the Note 8 Pro, Note 8 comes with a dual glass build and has a fingerprint reader on the back. Inside, the smartphone hardware with Snapdragon 665 chipset paired with 6 GB of RAM and storage up to 128GB.
Redmi Note 8 comes in four variants of the color Space Black, Neptune Blue, Cosmic Purple and Moonlight White. Version 4/64 GB will be sold for 9,999 Indian rupees while 6/128 GB is priced at 12,999 Indian rupees.
